The Problem

Enterprise sales teams lose valuable pipeline leads due to fragmented customer records and delayed response times during off-hours.

The Architectural Solution

Constructed an enterprise backend with PHP 8 PDO prepared statements and a dedicated internal loopback FastAPI service running "Miss Algorithm"—an AI acquisition agent providing automated customer engagement and anti-cheat verification.
