The Problem

Fragmented digital services in Zimbabwe made local discovery, commerce, and bill settlement cumbersome for both citizens and businesses.

The Architectural Solution

Architected and built Sadza Connect as a high-performance Next.js 14 App Router application backed by Supabase PostgreSQL with strict Row-Level Security (RLS) policies. Includes categorized directories, WhatsApp product inquiries, job listing management, and utility billing.

  • Engineered complete frontend and backend using Next.js 14 App Router, Server Actions, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Designed granular PostgreSQL RLS policies to guarantee multi-tenant security across business listings, products, and applications.
  • Created custom WhatsApp deeplink generation encoding product catalog details into instant chat orders.
  • Constructed responsive admin console with collapsible navigation, user role control, and operational metrics.
